Mango Lime Sorbet

Chill out with this cool mango and lime sorbet! Bursting with tropical flavors, high in Vitamin C and A, this sorbet is also naturally fat free. 
Deliciously creamy, this cool treat is vacation in a bowl.

Recipe Credit:


  • 3 Cups coarsely chopped ripe mangos (about 4 avg sized mangos)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice ( about 6 limes squeezed)
  • 2 Teaspoons Grated orange rind


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Press mixture through a sieve over a bowl to remove any lingering solids.
  3. Pour mixture into an 8-inch baking dish, cover and freeze until solid (approximately 4 hours)
  4. Break up mixture, place in food processor or blender and blend until slushy.
  5. Return mixture to freezer and chill an additional 3 hrs.
