Ingredients1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels4 1/2 tablespoons white sugar3/4 cup butter, melted1 cup white sugar2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O(R)2 cups boiling water1 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberriesDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix together the pretzels, 4 1/2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool completely.In a medium bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over the cooled crust. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.In a medium bowl, stir together the gelatin mix and boiling water. Mix in frozen strawberries, and stir until thawed. Pour over cream cheese mixture in pan. Ingredients: -1 (8-oz.) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, grated -1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese -1/2 cup butter, softened -3 tablespoons diced pimiento, drained -1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced -2 teaspoons half-and-half -1 teaspoon kosher salt -1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (optional) -1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour -Parchment paperDirections: Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Beat Cheddar cheese, next 6 ingredients, and, if desired, red pepper at medium speed with a heavy-duty electric stand mixer until blended. Gradually add flour, beating at low speed just until combined.Step 2Turn dough out onto a well-floured surface. Divide dough in half; flatten each half into a square. Roll each square to 1/8-inch thickness (about 12 x 12 inches). Cut into 1/2- x 12-inch strips, using a fluted pastry wheel.Step 3Holding 1 dough strip at each end, twist strip until tightly curled. Pinch ends to seal. Repeat with remaining strips, and place 1/2 inch apart on 2 parchment paper-lined baking sheets.Step 4Bake at 350° for 10 minutes, placing 1 sheet on middle oven rack and 1 sheet on lower oven rack. Rotate pans front to back, and top rack to bottom rack. Bake 10 to 12 more minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool on baking sheets on wire racks 5 minutes. Remove to wire racks, and cool completely.

Ingredients·       2 cups penne pasta·       1/4 cup red wine vinegar·       1 tablespoon lemon juice·       2 cloves garlic, crushed·       2 teaspoons dried oregano·       salt and pepper to taste·       2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil·       10 cherry tomatoes, halved·       1 small red onion, chopped·       1 green bell pepper, chopped·       1 red bell pepper, chopped·       1/2 cucumber, sliced·       1/2 cup sliced black olives·       1/2 cup crumbled feta cheeseDirectionsFill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the penne, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain well in a colander set in the sink.Whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Set aside. Combine pasta, tomatoes, onion, green and red peppers, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese in a large bowl. Pour vinaigrette over the pasta and mix together. Cover and chill for 3 hours before serving.
